Chapter - Goals 08-09

· Market IAAP^® to career-minded administrative professionals with different backgrounds but similar professional goals

· Market our association to employers and encourage them to become Associate Members

· Market our association to area higher education institutions and encourage them to sponsor Student Chapters

· Foster leadership within our Chapter by providing leadership opportunities and encouraging members to volunteer to serve in these positions

· Provide ongoing leadership development tools by providing educational and professional development programs

· Encourage all Chapter members to attend their Division Annual Meeting and to participate in ongoing Division projects

· Keep the Winter Park Chapter Handbook current
