· Maintain and/or grow our membership.

· Market IAAP^® to career-minded administrative professionals with different backgrounds but similar professional goals.

· Grow our Chamber connections for our organization to employers and encourage them to attend meetings and join.

· Provide ongoing leadership development tools by providing educational and professional development programs.

· Encourage all Chapter members to attend their Division Annual Meeting and to participate in ongoing Division projects.
